This 1/8 of a beef bundle includes the following cuts of meat.  No changes are allowed.

2 Ribeye Bone-In Steaks cut 1 1/4" Thick

2 Filet Mignon Steaks cut 1 1/2" Thick

3 New York Strip Steaks cut 1 1/4"

2 Sirloin Steaks cut 1 1/4"

1 Chuck Roasts

1 Arm Roast

2 Round Steaks

2 Stew Meat

25 1lb packages of ground beef
