If you are a chicken liver fan our livers are a must try. We only have a small quantity on hand so get them while they are available.
Our Chickens are raised on the pasture in movable coops. This process gives them fresh grass on a daily basis and plenty of insects to find. In other words, they get to be chickens. You will find that our chicken has more flavor and holds its moisture much better than store bought. Either on the smoker, in the crock pot or baked in the oven, these chickens are sure to please.
